Protection from Abuse Act

The Pennsylvania Protection from Abuse law is designed to help people whose relationships have become violent or physically threatening.  Among the people who may be protected parties under this law are spouses, current or former intimate partners, family members, and persons who share the same residence.  In my experience, these particular cases are among the most emotionally charged and difficult to resolve.  As your attorney, I will work hard to achieve the best possible result for you.
